I had a request from someone (ahem) not to talk so much about my struggles with weight and food on my blog. I can understand that- I mean not everyone wants to hear about that so I created this blog to keep track of my weight loss/gain and my relationship with food. I am entering an interest with vegetarianism along with starting my own Mediterranean food company. I am discovering new ways to cook and learning new things everyday either from my own experiences or from what others are writing about. My goal is to write what I eat everyday- not so much to count calories but to reflect upon what I am eating and how much. My ultimate goal is to lose 10 pounds.
So here is what I ate today:
Strawberry/orange green monster- spinach, flaxseed, frozen strawberries, orange, almond milk
few bites of Adam's eggs
Left over salad- lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, sesame dressing
popcorn
handful peanuts
corn on cob
banana
carrots
Curried veggies and rice- I ended up eating loads of veggies- cauliflower, carrots, onion, potatoes, peas, eggplant, chickpeas) and this was awesome. I had something similar to this at a local store and I think mine was better!
Few bites of spaghetti
4 cups of tea with almond milk
